Maintenance Technician II
This position is responsible for maintaining equipment safely and efficiently at the gas processing plant and the field compressor stations.
This position will be based in the Texas Panhandle.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED; five years experience in the maintenance of natural gas engines and compressors; working knowledge or electronic and pneumatic control systems for natural gas engines; and, be proficient with hand and power tools as they apply to equipment and plant maintenance and repair. Must have a valid driver’s license for state of residency; be insurable under the Frontier vehicle insurance policy; and, be able to work a rotating workweek on-call schedule and be available for overtime and weekend duty as needed.

This position is responsible for directing accounting and financial reporting functions; establishing, maintaining and enforcing Private Equity’s accounting policies, practices, and procedures; managing the annual external audit; and, monitoring capital spending.
This position will be based in Durango, CO.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or other related field; eight years full-time experience in business accounting, to include four years experience with managerial responsibilities and four years audit experience; well-developed skills in investment analysis, deal structuring and financing, written and oral presentation, personnel management, and general business and profit center management; and, experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel with familiarity of accounting systems (such as PeopleSoft or Oracle). Red Cedar Gathering Company
Plant Instrument & Controls Technician
Responsible for plant facilities, including processing plants, plant engines, compressors, generators, and dehydration equipment, and performing work related to the repair and maintenance of equipment.
This position will be based in Durango, CO.
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and two years experience with electrical and pneumatic controls, Allen Bradley PLC/SLC equipment, data highway, ladder logic in process application, OR an Associate of Applied Science degree in Instrumentation and Process Control Technology. Must be able to work under a rotating workweek, including an on-call schedule, and be available for overtime and weekend duty as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license for state of residency, be insurable under the Red Cedar vehicle insurance policy, and live within a 50-mile radius of Red Cedar’s Coyote Gulch facility. Preference is given to qualified Native Americans.

Minimum Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent and one year full time hands-on experience as mechanic or oiler on heavy equipment, trucks, or crushing operations; experience in the safe operation of power equipment and tools used in the construction industry and the ability to run an oil sampling program and keep accurate records and files. Must have a valid Class “B” CDL with a Hazardous Materials Endorsement for state of residency and be insurable under the Growth Fund vehicle insurance policy.
