Real Estate Group
The Real Estate Group is comprised of several different entities owned by the Growth Fund, each with its own management team and its own business objectives, but sharing certain common elements and the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects.
More specifically, the Real Estate Group includes:
GF Properties Group, LLC - this company is fully engaged in all manner of real estate operations. It is a rapidly growing component of the Growth Fund and presently is organized with two divisions:
- Investment Division – acquires land and investment properties including office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties. The Investment Division’s holdings are both geographically and sector-diversified. It has plans for continued acquisition and is continually examining properties that represent candidates for investment as well as monitoring approximately 20 metropolitan market areas
- Development Division – acquires land for development ranging from infill locations to master-planned communities which are expected to involve the full range of development activities from entitlements to physical development, construction and marketing. The Development Division is planning additional development projects and has with a focus on the Western and Southwestern United States.
Tierra Group, LLC - Tierra is engaged in the commercial construction and home building industries. The company builds custom and semi-custom homes as well as commercial office buildings. It has an outstanding reputation in the region as a quality builder and intends to extend that capacity for excellence into additional areas of the industry, including production home building. Currently Tierra is planning aggressive expansion in the Western and Southwestern United States.
Innovative Housing Solutions, LLC - Innovative Housing is a general building contractor and a distributor of conventional, offsite-built homes and town homes in the Four Corners region of Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. The homes and commercial buildings sold by Innovative Housing are constructed in a controlled manufacturing environment, sometimes in four or more sub-assemblies, and then erected on the final site. The company also performs other construction work related to the homes and commercial buildings that it sells. The company has plans for significant regional expansion in the months and years ahead.
